Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If your purchase isn’t right for you, including a change of mind, email orders@fineshoppes.com with your order number so we can arrange your return.

Returning your purchase

For standard returns, customers pay return shipping and should use a tracked service. Contact us before mailing your item.

Damaged or defective items

Report a damaged or defective item within 10 days of delivery. Email your order number and a photo. We provide a prepaid return shipping label and, once the item is received, a full replacement or refund including original shipping.

Cancellations

Request cancellation within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins, for a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Fineshoppes Pay within 5–10 business days of item receipt.
