At Senses Marketplace we take a sensible approach to skincare. We use the best ingredients. Ingredients that do more than put oily grease or a temporary wetness on your skin.
But we wanted more. We wanted to heal our skin. Heal the damage that time, and the chemicals in our environment had done. So we added healing agents that go beyond moisturizers and mild cleansers.
Plant extracts have been used for millennia for healing. Derived from healing plants. We use natural essences that are not engineered by man, but made by God, to heal us.
We have found that, just as adding chemicals to our skin can have unexpected and sometimes negative internal results, so adding some of these healing plant oils can have unexpected and very positive internal results!
Yes, we are talking about *essential oils. That is just a fancy name for essences of plants that are removed through a distilling process.
Isn’t JUST EVERYBODY using essential oils now? Well, yes.
But it is a little like nearly everyone uses eggs. And some people can take eggs, combined with other simple ingredients, to superlative levels!
THAT – is what we have done with our emollients, surfactants, humectants, soaps, and -our essential oil blends.
We have created our own recipes – blends- that redefine – Skincare. We have taken it from helping our skin to re-creating our skin! Some of our clients tell us their skin changed OVER NIGHT. Some took a little longer! <Grin>. But no one said – nothing happened.
Some have asked, but, no. We don’t sell essential oils, or essential oil blends. We sell the very best skincare products that are our superior combinations of incredible emollients and our own proprietary essential oil blends.
Then… slowly over time… the hype proved true. What we put on our bodies on the outside (Just like with those chemicals and carcinogens we’ve been putting on our bodies for years from the big corporate cosmetic companies) , changes started occurring on the inside as well! Mood shifts- to the better! More focus! More Energy! More balanced hormones! Even fewer night-sweats!
And now, in our advanced scientific age, we are discovering simple miracles lurking in common things all around us. Things like oranges. Pineapples. Grapes. (IF you haven’t heard- LOOK IT UP!)
